"Slav & Sons LTD" is a progressive community services company which builds and operates special accommodation and services for people with special needs .
Each accommodation is an autonomous unit under independent management with its own budget. This assures that most of the resources will be directed to the well being of the tenants. The managers of these housing units, are professionals (psychologists, social workers) with fiscal and managerial abilities. The staff manages the accommodation units in full accordance with health department regulations.

" Slav & Sons LTD " employs workers from a variety of professions, mostly health care. The staff deals with the different needs of the tenants. The treatment is individually based and a unique rehabilitation program is developed for each tenant.

" Slav & Sons LTD " has two main treatment goals:
1) Reinforcing the healthy identity of the tenants.
2) Reintegrating the tenants into the community.

In order to fulfill these goals the company invests many resources in the actual surroundings of the tenants. All accommodation units are located in the heart of the community, in comfortable and well kept buildings and homes.. Each house manages activities that encourage the tenants to create an active community life.
